The cutter shaft body is fabricated from premium alloy steel or aviation aluminum alloy via multiple processes: integral quenching & tempering heat treatment, precision turning, and high-precision dynamic balance calibration. It boasts high overall rigidity, excellent deformation resistance, and outstanding bending and torsion resistance. The shaft surface features superior precision with minimal concentric deviation, enabling smooth vibration-free rotation, which fundamentally eliminates common processing issues such as edge chipping, material scorching, cutter burning and excessive noise.
The optimally designed spiral flutes facilitate rapid heat dissipation to support long-hour continuous operation and greatly extend service life.
