This series of precision trapezoidal lead screws is developed for precision feeding and dust-free automatic working conditions, featuring low gap, uniform transmission and silent operation. It is widely used in clean equipment, laboratory precision transmission, light automatic transplanting and precision lifting fine-tuning equipment. Aiming at common defects of ordinary screws such as operating jitter, uneven feeding, loud abnormal noise and dust jamming, this product adopts precision thread shaping technology with regular thread profile and uniform matching gap, ensuring smooth feeding without stalling.
Available in 304 stainless steel, 316 corrosion-resistant stainless steel and 45# precision ground carbon steel. With precision turning, secondary thread trimming and stress relief treatment, it effectively avoids precision deviation and thread wear after long-term fine adjustment.
